Bob Portman has over 27 years experience in the oil and gas industry and is a Certified Professional Landman. Bob is a member of AAPL, HAPL, WHAPL, NHAPL and the Pipeliner's Association. Bob received a B.A. from Indiana University. As President, he has hired, trained, and supervised up to 100 landmen and has managed up to ten field offices throughout the Gulf Coast, East Texas and South Texas regions. Bob actively interfaces with each client and the PFM landman insuring a quality, cost effective job.

Kae Velmeden - Vice President

Kae Velmeden has over 30 years experience in owning and managing small business firms, ranging from retail food stores to a Silicon Valley marketing consulting company to a company providing construction estimates in the petrochemical industry. Kae has been with PFM since 1994 and currently oversees all administrative operations and financials. Kae has B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Houston.
